-   One of our friendly staff members assigned to your organization will conduct the phone surveys by calling your patients
-   We can provide you with a 1-800 number that your patients can contact during normal business hours to provide feedback
-   Interactive voice response (IVR) setup can be utilized for non-operator driven automated surveys
